Step 2:
The data are analyzed in detail by your Body Specialist who will help you understand the assessment, address the issues and create a personalized program.
Step 3:
Your Body Specialist will guide you through a 4-week program of exercises tailored to your needs and specifications as well as meet with you on a weekly basis. You will also have our customer care team check-in weekly to help you stay on track and maximize your results.
Step 4:
A reassessment with your team to measure your improvements and set new goals. One step closer to your true potential!
How do I prepare for the assessment?

Physical Training: avoid high intensity training for 48 hours before the test. It is advisable to reschedule the test in case of fatigue, illness. etc.

Nutrition: eat a regular meal 2-3 hours prior to testing and hydrate as usual.

Clothing: active shoes and sporting wear are strongly advised. It is recommendable to wear compressive clothing if comfortable. Jewellery, cellphones, watches and fitness trackers should be kept aside.
